Common questions

How does my data sync across devices?
Fourfold uses your own private iCloud (Apple’s CloudKit). As long as iCloud Sync is on in Settings and you’re signed into the same Apple Account, your goals, tasks, and journal stay in step across your devices, and they’re safe if you reinstall the app.

I don’t see my tasks in Apple Calendar.
Calendar sync is off until you turn it on, and only tasks with a time are added. In Settings, enable “Sync timed tasks to Calendar.” Then open Apple Calendar, tap Calendars, and make sure “Fourfold” is ticked.

How do I turn off analytics?
Open Settings › Analytics and switch off “Share anonymous usage.” With it off, Fourfold sends nothing and works fully offline. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose Fourfold to change or cancel. A free trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Is Fourfold a substitute for professional care?
No. Fourfold is a tool for organization and motivation, not medical or mental health advice. If you’re going through something heavy, please reach out to a professional. In the US, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time.
