Now on the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch
Work wins the week and everything else gets the leftovers. Fourfold is the habit tracker and to-do list that scores your week on all four: work, health, people, and you. A balanced week beats a bigger one.

Sound familiar?
Every to-do app will happily help you win at work. Not one of them notices what it costs you everywhere else.
Your workouts were the first thing to go, and the app you plan with never noticed. Nothing on it was ever about your body.
The people who matter rarely make the list, because they were never a task. So the week fills up without them.
One missed day, a red mark, a guilt notification, and the app that was meant to help starts keeping score against you.
Busy is not the same as good. You already know that. Your to-do list doesn't.
The idea
Fourfold files every to-do, habit and goal into one of four zones. Then it scores your week on how evenly you lived it, not on how much you got through. Feed all four and the week counts double. Pour everything into one and it counts for less, on purpose.
Your work and your goals
Body and mind
The people who matter
Home life and joy
Try it on your week
Tap every zone you made room for. Be honest, nobody is watching.
Nothing picked yet. In Fourfold a week like that still scores, and nothing turns red.
Those are Fourfold's real numbers. The weekly balance multiplier is ×0.6, ×1.0, ×1.5 or ×2.0 for one, two, three or four zones fed, and it multiplies everything you finished.
8 points, all four zones fed
8 × 2.0 = 16
24 points, one zone carried it all
24 × 0.6 = 14.4
Three times the work, a lower score. That is the rule most apps ignore, and the one Fourfold is built on. Rest scores full points, and a quiet day never turns red.
Nothing here has teeth
Most trackers motivate with loss: the pet starves, the plant wilts, the streak shatters at midnight. Fourfold refuses. If your brain already keeps score harshly, ADHD or otherwise, it will not pile on.
The only opponent is past you. No leaderboards, no strangers, no shame.
The reward
At the bottom of your to-do list there is a hand-painted koi pond. Every finish buys a meal, and a koi grows only on the days it eats. Miss a day and it simply waits. Nothing ever dies, nothing costs real money, and the pond keeps your hours: sunlight at noon, moonlight after dark.
The zone you neglect is a small fish, not a red badge. Feed it and watch it catch up.
Raise all four evenly and the pond reaches harmony. That is the one way a new koi is born.
Sell a koi you can spare, then spend the pearls on lilies, lanterns, a waterfall, even a moon bridge.
What's inside
Everything a whole life needs in one list, and nothing that turns it into a second job.

Rise opens the day, Reflect closes it. Every prompt is yours to rewrite, and one gratitude line follows you onto Today.

Split a five-year intention into a year, twelve weeks, this week, today. Projects roll the whole tree up as you go.
Nineteen backdrops, from still paper to living canvases that drift with your balance, or your own photo. Fifty-seven original chimes.
Nine Home Screen widgets, some tickable in place, Lock Screen widgets, Control Center and Action button controls, an Apple Watch app, and calendar sync.
Start from a library of 96 habits or add your own. Repeats run as deep as a calendar, and every reminder sits in one list with its own switch.
No account, no ads, works offline. Sync through your own iCloud if you like. Anonymous analytics with an off switch, and no cross-app tracking.
"I've used many different productivity apps, habit trackers and cleaning apps over the years. This app has replaced them! I love the four part to do list, it keeps me balanced and it's cute."
Fourfold is made by one person. I'm Alex. I built it because the success I was chasing kept costing me the other three zones, and no list I tried could see that happening. If you have thoughts, I read and answer every email: hello@getfourfold.com

Questions
Nothing resets. Points are never taken back, a won medal never comes off, and your best streak stays your best streak. The koi wait for you. Come back when you can.
Both, plus goals, routines and a two-minute journal, in one list. Start from a library of 96 habits or add your own, set to-dos that repeat as deep as a calendar, and split a five-year goal down to what to do today.
